Our products are custom-printed upon each order, allowing our small business to be environmentally friendly by creating less waste and offer a large variety of prints and colors. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

Incorrect Color, Style, Size, or Change of Mind

Each product is uniquely printed for you, meaning we do not maintain a ready inventory and cannot restock returned items. Therefore, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges for mistakes in ordering the wrong size, color, style, etc. We urge you to carefully check your selections and consult the size guide available on each product page.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@raspberryink.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We are committed to replacing the damaged item at no extra charge. Requests for replacements must be made within 14 days of your order being marked as received.

Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.
